For the implementation of projects, ControlActivo executes its services through procedures that allow control of the entire production process. The basis is in the elaboration of detailed engineering and, especially, of the functional design document, which fully describes the technological solution. Customer-approved engineering is the basis of implementation of any project. Through internal controls at every stage, it is finally the client who validates the implementation through FAT tests. Only after the approval of the FAT tests do the installation works begin until the commissioning is finally completed.. In the whole process, the client is part of the development, through active participation during the life of the project.
